XenGuide saves property managers time by answering guest questions 24/7. Set up an AI assistant with property details, images, or a link, and let it handle inquiries automatically.

Property managers spend too much time answering repetitive guest questions, slowing down their work.

I started with a desktop app for hosts, iterated a lot on the onboarding process, and then moved to the mobile app for guests to finish it up.

Onboarding
AI assistants are set up by connecting a property system or Airbnb/Booking.com listing to pull in details for the assistant’s knowledge.
Edit and test your assistant
After importing properties and creating assistants, they can be edited. Test them by chatting, reviewing answers, checking info sources, and seeing confidence levels.
Assistant knowledge
Assistants store property details as notes, grouped into topics like check-in or kitchen. Edit or add new details with images to update them automatically.
Main sections
There are three tabs. Dashboard shows assistant stats and guest requests. Service Desk handles questions the AI can’t answer. Properties lists assistants for editing or adding new ones.

Guests can chat with assistants they were invited to. They can also invite other people they are traveling with.
